I think the effect of (1), which destroys all the opponent's monsters, is really excellent.
In order to compensate for the disadvantage of (2), I think it would be better to play it in a situation where you will finish it off on that turn.
There is a Special Summon condition, but if it's an "Elementsaber" Deck, I don't think it's difficult to put out from the high speed of GY Fertilization and the attribute change effect.

The annihilation of only the opponent's monster is simple and violent. He is weak in removal and will be an Elemental Lord in Elementsaber who can do a wide range of things from finishers to comebacks.
The disadvantage of the battle skip common to Elemental Lords is that it's good to kill them before they get killed.
In his LIGHT other than Elementsaber, Lightsworn comes to mind first, but here there is a card that is easier to use than Judgment. Would you recommend his Fabled area, which was lacking in finishers despite the rotation?

He is an Elemental Lord, a new light with a Raigeki card that was banned for 15 years. Among the Elemental Lords, it is the easiest to become a finisher. Since it is LIGHT, it is compatible with Honest and can be used with Lightsworn, Trickstar, Lightray Deck, etc. However, he has 《Judgment Dragon》in Lightsworn, and his role is similar, so it's a little confusing.
That 《Raigeki》was re-restricted in April 2019 and eased to semi-restricted in April 2022, so I will lower the score.
